Custom Digitizing
Bring your logo to life! Hometown Threads can take your logo or artwork and transform it into a digital file that can be used in an embroidery machine to sew your logo on any host of things. Imagine your company logo or family crest or any design you can dream sewn onto your favorite style of shirt, hat bag or any thing you might picture. The possibilities are almost endless!
We call the conversion process “digitizing.”
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that can be read by our embroidery machines. Embroidery machine digitizing is an art form and requires special digitizing software. This process requires time and experience to be performed correctly.
Digitizing is a one-time fee. This includes a sew out of your logo. Once you have approved size, color and overall appearance of your design it is ready to be embroidered on the garment. Your custom digitized logo is kept in our files ready for all of your reorders.
What type of files can be digitized?
.JPG,.BMP, .GIF,. TIFF or Vector art can all be digitized.
Keep in mind that we cannot digitize designs that are copyright protected, trademarked, or licensed unless you have verifiable authorization.
